These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of our website and the purchase of our products. By browsing our site or making a purchase, you ("User" or "Customer") declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted the conditions set out here.

We recommend that you read this document carefully.

1.1 This website is maintained and operated by Carbox Racing Industria e Comercio Ltda, a legal entity governed by private law, registered with the CNPJ under No. 73.023.350/0001-47based in Brazil.

2. Object

2.1. The purpose of this website is to present and market the products manufactured and sold by Carbox Racing, including, but not limited to, exhausts and other automotive components.

3. Registration and purchase

3.1 In order to make a purchase, the User may be asked to complete a registration form with personal information. The User undertakes to provide true, accurate and up-to-date data.

3.2 Carbox Racing is not responsible for incorrect data filled in by the User, which may result in delivery or communication problems.

3.3 The purchase process will be completed once payment has been confirmed. The Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of their order.

3.4 Check the manufacturing period (if any) before making your purchase. This information is indicated in each advertisement below the product name.

4. Guarantee Policy

4.1. Carbox Racing guarantees all its products against manufacturing defects for a period of 90 (ninety) calendar days, which corresponds to 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of the product by the Customer.

4.2 This warranty exclusively covers defects arising from the manufacturing process of the product.

4.3 The warranty does not cover:

a) Damage caused by improper installation or by an unqualified professional;

b) Damage caused by misuse, accidents, falls, or any type of damage that is not a manufacturing defect;

c) Natural wear and tear of the product due to regular use;

d) Modifications or attempted repairs to the product by persons not authorized by Carbox Racing.

4.4 To activate the warranty, the Customer must contact our customer service department, presenting the purchase invoice and photos/videos showing the alleged defect. The product may be requested for technical analysis.

5. Standards and Regulations (CONAMA and INMETRO)

5.1. Carbox Racing declares that its exhaust systems comply with the noise emission standards established for motor vehicles by CONAMA (National Environmental Council), in accordance with the resolutions in force.

5.2 We would like to clarify that, for aftermarket exhausts, there is no requirement for compulsory certification by INMETRO (National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology). Our products are developed with a focus on quality, durability and compliance with applicable laws.

6. Exchanges and Returns Policy (Right of Repentance)

6.1 In accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the Customer may withdraw from a purchase made online within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the product.

6.2 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Carbox Racing in its original packaging, without signs of use, and without violation of the original seal (if any), accompanied by the invoice and all its accessories.

6.3 Carbox Racing will bear the shipping costs for returns due to regret.

7. Prices and Payment

7.1. The prices of the products displayed on the site are in Reais (BRL) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product and will be calculated and informed to the Customer at the time of purchase.

7.2 Carbox Racing reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The valid price will always be the one at the time of checkout.

8. Shipping and delivery

8.1. The delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on the location and shipping method chosen (Post Office, carrier, etc.).

8.2 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that there is someone at the address indicated to receive the order. If delivery is unsuccessful due to absence of the recipient or incorrect address, the cost of reshipment will be the responsibility of the Customer.

8.3 For international shipments, Carbox Racing is not responsible for customs or additional fees due to transportation or local taxes.

9. Intellectual property

9.1 The content of this website, including texts, images, logos, brands and design, is the exclusive property of Carbox Racing Industria e Comercio Ltda. The copying, reproduction or use of any content without prior express authorization is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Carbox Racing shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits or losses arising from the use or inability to use the products, including damages due to incorrect installation. We strongly recommend that the installation of our products be carried out by a qualified professional.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

11.2 The jurisdiction of the District of Embu-Guaçu, State of São Paulo, is hereby elected to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
