Carbox Racing Indústria e Comércio LTDA offers 90-day legal guarantee (3 Months) against manufacturing defects, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing faults and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or unauthorized modifications.
1. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
A CARBOX RACING INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO LTDA guarantees the product described above against manufacturing defects for a legal period of 90 (ninety) daysIn the event of a breach of the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/90), the date of delivery to the consumer shall be counted from the date of delivery to the consumer, as provided for in Article 26 of the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/90).
2. WARRANTY COVERAGE
During the warranty period, the company undertakes to repair or replace, free of charge to the consumer, any parts or components with a manufacturing defect, provided that this is found by our technical assistance or authorized representative.
3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The warranty will expire in the following cases:
- Misuse, improper installation or negligence on the part of the consumer;
- Damage resulting from accidents, falls, agents of nature or improper transportation;
- Alterations, repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized third parties;
- Natural wear and tear of the product or components subject to deterioration through normal use.
4. PROCEDURE FOR ACTIVATING THE GUARANTEE
To request warranty service, the consumer must present:
- Purchase invoice for the product;
- Report on the defect.
