Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 appears in Brazil; launch soon

The Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is the next launch confirmed for Brazil. The model is one of the brand's main attractions at the Interlagos Festival, which starts on May 29 and runs until June 1. The classic roadster, which uses the same mechanical assembly as the Himalayan 450, will arrive in Brazil in the coming months, with sales scheduled to start in September.
The price will be revealed in the future, when the launch is closer, says Royal Enfield. For Brazil, the bike will have four color options: Smoke Silver, Peix Bronze, Brava Blue and Yellow Ribbon.

Engine and look of the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450
Royal Enfield defines the Guerrilla 450 as a 'modern premium roadster'. In this sense, we can expect a bike that follows the 'motopurismo' style adopted by the brand in its models, with lines that are somewhat reminiscent of the Hunter 350, but with a sportier, more stripped-down look.

The new bike is powered by the same engine as the Himalayan 450, the Sherpa 450. This is a 452 cm³ liquid-cooled single-cylinder that delivers 40 hp of power and 4.07 kgf.m of torque. The transmission has six gears and an assisted slipper clutch.

The Guerrilla 450 also uses the same perimeter chassis as the Himalayan, with the engine as a structural part of the bike. The suspension has a front telescopic fork with 140 mm of travel at the front, while the rear has a single shock absorber with 150 mm of travel.

The wheels are 17 inches and have tubeless tires in 120/70 and 160/60 sizes, respectively. The Guerrilla 450's brakes use two-channel ABS, with 310 mm discs at the front and 270 mm at the rear.
Technology
Among the technologies, it features riding modes, LED lighting and a USB-C socket. In addition, there is the new Tripper Dash digital dashboard for the top-of-the-line versions, which shows all the bike's information and maps for navigation.

Finally, Royal Enfield will also be offering a complete range of customization accessories and a collection of clothing items.
Royal Enfield news for the Interlagos Festival
As well as this, the brand is also showing the new Interceptor Bear 650 and Classic 650 at the event, bikes that will be coming to Brazil in the future, with no official launch date yet.

Also appearing at the event is the new Meteor 350 Aurora Blue, a version of Royal Enfield's entry-level custom with a more retro style. The Interlagos Festival also marked the debut of three new variants of the Classic 350. They will finally go on sale in June, according to Royal Enfield.
