2. Do you ship inside and outside Brazil?

Yes, we ship nationwide and internationally with partner carriers.

3. Does the exhaust have a warranty? How can I request a warranty for my exhaust?

Yes, all our exhausts come with a 3 (three) month factory guarantee against manufacturing defects. Just send us a message and photos of the product by any means of communication and we will analyze your request.

4. Can I ask someone on the team any technical questions?

Yes, you can! Any questions about measurements, installation, power gains or any other relevant matter can be answered via WhatsApp by one of our agents. We recommend that you ask any questions you may have before purchasing the product.

5. How can I track my order?

The tracking code will be sent to you in the customer panel or by WhatsApp. If you have not received your tracking code, please contact us.

6. Manufacturing deadlines

Manufacturing times vary according to the type of product:

  • FULL exhausts: 15 to 20 working days

  • Link pipes and tips: 10 to 15 working days

  • Customized parts or accessories: deadlines may vary depending on the complexity of the project.

In all cases, our team will inform you of the estimated time at the time of purchase and keep you updated on progress.
